Brooklyn, N.Y.  Howard Smith, Jr, President of Virginia Dare Extract Company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry W. Todd, Jr. to the position of Vice President – International.  Henry will be based in Paris, France and will be responsible for managing the Company’s business in Europe and parts of the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and will report to Howard Smith, Jr.

Henry brings 20 years of food ingredient experience to Virginia Dare most recently as Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa for A.M. Todd where he has worked since 2005.  Prior to that, Henry was with Zink & Triest for 13 years serving as President from 2002 to 2005.

Henry received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.   He has traveled extensively, particularly in Madagascar, Indonesia, India and Uganda in his roles at A.M. Todd and Zink & Triest.
