Anton Angelich, Group VP of Marketing at Virginia Dare, helped Top Chef Just Desserts Host, Gail Simmons, launch her new book Talking With My Mouth Full – My Life as a Professional Eater at the Cornell Club in New York City.  Anton was called upon to plan and conduct an amateur baker’s judging competition at the event.  The overall winner was Maureen Segota, a homemaker and jewelry designer from Warwick, NY, for her tri-color Venetian cookies.
