Three trending ethnic flavor profiles heading in to 2021
While the pandemic is making travel more difficult, consumers have started to get more and more adventurous with the flavor profiles they try, often engaging with new ethnic profiles. Food Processing featured Virginia Dare in an article on some of the opportunities these profiles present!
